Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, a multiservice medical practice consisting of over 200 healthcare providers and over 1,200 employees throughout Florida, was successfully growing its patient census but challenged with hiring enough clinicians to keep pace. AK was tapped as Access’s preferred recruitment agency to recruit and retain physicians (primary care, specialty, hospitalist), advanced practice registered nurses (ARNPs), and physician assistants (PAs), during what was considered a period of expansion for the organization.
