Comprehensive Pain Solutions (CPS) was a pain management and intervention specialty physician practice, located in one of the fastest growing regions in Florida — Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota County. Established in 2021, CPS’s owner was a highly-experienced anesthesiologist but he was also new to the region and wasn’t fully aware of the competition.
The first step AK took was to conduct a market assessment. At that time, the pain management/ intervention provider space in greater Sarasota was considerable. A thorough review of the competitive landscape, market overview, payer contracting agreements as well as a detailed SWOT analysis provided CPS with short- and long-term goals for sales and marketing efforts.
Over the next several months, AK created a brand for CPS which included all graphic elements, identity, promise, values, targeting and positioning. The team launched a new website, designed branded collateral, established sales strategy, and developed a digital marketing plan. These efforts provided CPS with a solid foundation to enter a highly competitive marketplace.
