A regional provider of non-medical and skilled home care, Etairos Health was gaining new clients throughout western and central regions of Florida. AK Consultants & Healthcare was tasked with assessing Etairos’s admissions process to accommodate their growing business. The AK team focused on centralization of intakes through one channel versus Etairos’s current process of intake assessments at the branch level. AK provided recommendations that were subsequently implemented, and today serve as standard practice for the agency.
