Managed Care Consultants of America (MCCA) began working with AK Consultants & Healthcare in the summer of 2022.
Highly successful in managed care negotiating and contracting, credentialing, claims filing, and strategy for operations improvement, MCCA wanted an improved functioning website that also would better reflect their scope of services, depth of team expertise, and their growing national footprint. The AK team designed and built a new multi-page website, including a comprehensive news library that serves as a resource for industry updates and regulations.
AK also facilitated selection of a new company name and subsequent rebranding, taking Managed Care Consultants of Florida to Managed Care Consultants of America. They have helped MCCA leadership define their mission, vision and values, developed a comprehensive communication plan to announce their rebranding, and provide ongoing marketing support on a fractional basis.
MCCA has also tapped AK’s IT development team to design a new client portal which is on schedule for a June 2023 launch.
