QRM, an in-house rehab management organization, works with skilled nursing facilities to deliver cost effective, efficient, quality care for their patients. AK Consultants & Healthcare was brought in to assess, recommend, recruit, coach and train the QRM sales team. As a result of working with AK, the QRM sales team beat their budget by 150 percent during the initial six-month collaboration. In addition, ORM operations were able to scale alongside sales to meet the growing demand for services. AK is continuing in its advisory role as QRM expands into new markets.
