Quality Wound Care (QWC) provides wound care treatment to residents of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals. When AK started working with QWC, its leadership was looking to bring their sales and marketing efforts to the next level within its current NJ region.
AK got to work on a 360 sales, marketing, and talent acquisition assessment and recommendations that provided the necessary plan for growth. AK then worked on a new website and collateral that better told QWC’s story. Helping QWC identify their competitive differentiators and develop messaging that would resonate with operators of and clinical leads working in long-term care facilities.
At the same time, AK’s sales executives coached and trained the QWC team, focusing on proven sales cycle and account management approaches that would bring quick wins and ensure long-term revenue.
One year later, QWC has added facilities to its client roster and gained new patients in existing facilities, diversified there portfolio from one Nursing Home chain to several throughout NJ, expansion plan to PA and Florida, and gained ALFs with an average of 4 buildings more each month going live.
