TouchStone is a well-established provider of home care services, serving residents of Hillsborough County, Florida since 2018. TouchStone’s owners engaged with AK to help them develop a long term gameplan for the business.
The AK financial team conducted a thorough market valuation and outlined recommendations for getting TouchStone to a goal value in the coming five-to-seven-years. From there, AK’s marketing team reworked TouchStone’s website for enhanced search engine optimization and created new print materials to support sales efforts. At the same time, digital sales funnels were designed and launched, one to generate leads for home care and a second for recruitment of care givers.
TouchStone also benefitted from AK’s sales executive training, which included development of heat maps and strategy for better alignment of sales and operations. Currently, TouchStone is working with AK on a pilot to secure LLC status for a number of its contact staff.
All of these measures are working to position TouchStone for short-term success in the current competitive market, while ensuring that its owners reach their valuation goal in the future.
